Criteria for joining:

  • Adventure Club is open to all students. However, there will be a Google form emailed at the beginning of the year and ONLY a limited number of students will be accepted, while the rest are placed on a waiting list.
  • Students and parents need to sign a behavior contract, as part of our objective is working on social interactive skills.
  • Students should actively check Schoology, Email and Conrady’s Digital Announcement Board for the latest club information.
  • Students must maintain eligibility according to the school’s academic and behavioral policies (ROAR Grades) – this eligibility list is updated bi-weekly and students will be denied the right to participate if their name is on the list.

Dates/Times:

    • August-April in the cafeteria
    • Wednesday’s after school from 2:30-4:00/4:30, dependent on activities
    • On occasion, field trips can conclude at a later time (Konow’s Corn Maze, movie etc.)
  • Parents are responsible for picking up on those days.
  • In addition, monthly, we usually take one Saturday field trip (Museum, Zoo, FMSC, etc.)
    • Parents are responsible for drop off/pick up on Saturdays.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT SEVERAL OF THESE FIELD TRIPS MIGHT REQUIRE A MINIMAL FEE FOR THE STUDENT TO ATTEND (information will be in each individual permission slip).
    • *This fee will be non-refundable, even if your child cannot attend, as many venues require payment in advance.
  • DATES OF MEETINGS AND FIELD TRIPS WILL BE POSTED ON THE DISTRICT CALENDAR & IN SCHOOLOGY.
  • Parents who need to contact their child in an after-school event should call 233-4500 up to 5 p.m. This rings to the front office as well as to the hall monitor station at the main entrance.

Criteria for Field Trip Attendance:

  • Weekly attendance at meetings is taken and students with regular attendance are given priority.
  • Eligibility for attendance, grades, and behavior according to the school guidelines has to be met.
  • Due to the nature of activities and the rules/regulations of venues we attend, the number of students attending may be limited.
